Excellent laptop, had to remove ludashi and struggle a little bit to remove chinese windows. But installing linux (im using it in dual boot) was easy and done in a couple minuts. Communication was good, product was delivered in perfect condition.

Perfect shopping experience. No complaints whatsoever from my side. English Windows was installed on the device for free. RAM and CPU are as described. SSD aswell. Shipping was superb fast. Display was set to 60Hz in System settings but was changeable to 0Hz easily. Charging cable was with Chinese Plug but EU Adapter for free. overall I'd recommend this shop 10/10 for now. will leave more feedback in 2 weeks. Greets from Germany

Good vendor. I was happy with the communication, shipping speed and offer of help with customs and windows version. However, I did ask for the product to be left sealed. when I got it it had been turned on and a copy of Windows 10 pro installed. I couldn't activate that but upon installing English language windows home I was able to activate, not a problem in the end. Even though unsealed the product was in perfect condition and is an amazing laptop, not yet available in UK.

The laptop came in excellent condition with my country's charger. Did come with Chinese software called ludashi. Had to remove that and activate windows. Otherwise, the laptop is as described and everything is perfect. Communication with the people behind the store was very good and they were very helpful.
